King Jammy
Lloyd James (born 26 October 1947), better known as Prince Jammy or King Jammy, is a Jamaican dub mixer and record producer. He’s credited as the Father of Digital Dancehall since 1985 as he released the Sleng Teng riddim with the hit “Under Me Sleng Teng” by Wayne Smith. He released legendary riddims like Real Rock, Far East, Heavenless, Duck Dance, Punanny, Bandelero, Chase Vampire and many many more, leading to the modern dancehall era.
